Bill Birnes Talks To BBC About UK UFO File Releases in March 2011

On Thursday, March 2, the British government released more than 8000 pages of information pertaining to UFO sightings. These files were formerly classified and contain a wealth of information. Included in the files are drawings, descriptions, witness statements and photographs. Downloading of the files is available at nationalarchives.gov.uk/ufos (link) and will be free of charge for one month. There are quite a few compelling UFO sightings and encounters contained in the files; there's even a few that will make you laugh. You can even read about the only UFO debate held in the House of Lords, conducted in January, 1979, if you so desire.

One of the more interesting UFO encounters occurred in 1990 over the North Sea. According to the pilot's statement, he was flying at Mach 0.8 and was overtaken by another aircraft. The pilot said the aircraft was like nothing he had ever seen. Even though it was described in great detail by the pilot, the Ministry of Defense attributed it to a Russian rocket booster reentering the earth's atmosphere.


A rather comical UFO encounter was reported in October 1998 by a man sitting is his garden having a drink late one evening. His account tells of "a large cigar shaped vehicle with large projectiles on each side like wings". The next morning after realizing that he had gained an hour's time, he stated that not only did he see a ufo, but he must have been abducted due to the gain of an additional hour. With tongue in cheek, the ministry official replied that his cigar shaped vehicle was a plane and the time difference was due to the turning back of the clocks.
There is a witness statement from an airline pilot from Hellingly, East Sussex who saw an object containing 3 circles fly past his garden. His sighting was called a report made by a credible witness.
Nick Pope, who was instrumental in obtaining release of current and previous files, is encouraging everyone to peruse the information. "These files show whatever you think about UFOs," said Nick, "this is a mystery that isn't going to go away." According to Nick, "This is a mystery that...still enjoys huge public interest."



Rendlesham Forest file missing


Not only are the files significant for the information they contain, they also significant for what may be missing. Documents show officials were concerned about files pertaining to the Rendlesham Forest incident. Apparently there is information missing from the December 1980 incident investigation; files appear to have been destroyed. This UFO encounter is Britain's most famous and well documented. One can only speculate as to what was contained in the destroyed files and who ordered the destruction.


An interesting quote found in the House of Lord's 1979 debate is attributed to Lord Stabolgi, government spokesman, who was delivering the summation. "There is nothing to convince Her Majesty's government that there has ever been a single visit by an alien spacecraft. As for telling the public the truth about UFOs, the truth is simple....but there is a wide range of natural explanations to account for such phenomena," said Lord Stabolgi. Exactly what the world's governments are still saying today!

Prehistoric UFO and ET Images Found in Remote Cave in India

A group of anthropologists working with hill tribes in a remote area of India have made a startling discovery: Intricate prehistoric cave paintings depicting aliens and UFO type craft.

The images were found in the Hoshangabad district of the state of Madhya Pradesh only 70 kilometers from the local administrative centre of Raisen. The caves are hidden deep within dense jungle.

A clear image of what might be an alien or ET in a space suit can be seen in one cave painting along with a classical flying saucer shaped UFO that appears to be either beaming something down or beaming something up, in what might be an ancient UFO abduction scenario. A force-field or trail of some sort is seen at the rear of the UFO.

Also visible is another object that might depict a wormhole, explaining how aliens were able to reach Earth. This image may lead UFO enthusiasts to conclude that the images might have been drawn with the involvement of aliens themselves.

Local Archaeologist, Mr Wassim Khan, has personally seen the images. He claims that the objects and creatures seen in them are totally anomalous and out of character when compared to other, already discovered, examples of prehistoric cave art depicting ancient life in the area. As such he believes that they might suggest beings from other planets have been interacting with humans since prehistoric times: Adding weight to the 'ancient astronaut theory' which postulates that human civilization was established with the assistance of benevolent space-faring aliens.

The purpose of National Level Exercise 2011 (NLE 2011) is to prepare and coordinate a multiple-jurisdictional integrated response to a national catastrophic event – specifically a major earthquake in the central United States region of the New Madrid Seismic Zone (NMSZ).

NLE 2011 will involve thousands of government officials at the federal, state, local and tribal levels, members of the private sector, and the general public. Participants will conduct simultaneous, related exercise activities at command posts, emergency operation centers and other locations in the Washington D.C. area and the eight affected central U.S. states (Alabama, Arkansas, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Mississippi, Missouri, and Tennessee).  The functional exercise will offer agencies and jurisdictions a way to validate their plans and skills in a real-time, realistic environment and to gain the in-depth knowledge that only experience can provide.

National Level Exercise 2011 is designated as a Tier I National Level Exercise. Tier I exercises (formerly known as the Top Officials exercise series or TOPOFF) are conducted annually in accordance with the National Exercise Program (NEP), which serves as the nation’s overarching exercise program for planning, organizing, conducting and evaluating national level exercises. The NEP was established to provide the U.S. government, at all levels, exercise opportunities to prepare for catastrophic crises ranging from terrorism to natural disasters.

“Decide Whether We Should Show Up"

Typically, I never post someone's entire article or story since there is a rule for such, however, within this particular article there is a statement that tells me that it was meant to posted in it's entirety. The writer is anonymous, however, the words are familiar to me since being a contactee myself, these are many of the same things that have been spoken to me as well, which is why I find it necessary to post for 'anonymous'. This individual is anonymous for all of the same reasons I was once. Stating such below is like spitting in the wind. If you're not labeled as off your rocker, you're still looked upon as someone too small trying to deliver a big message to a brainless society, which is futile. Wonderful opportunities of progress stand close to big subdual and destruction threats. These dangers and opportunities exist now. However, you can only perceive what is being shown to you. The end of natural resources is programmed whereas no long-term collective project has been launched.


Ecosystem exhaustion mechanisms have exceeded irreversible limits. The scarcity of resources and their unfair distribution - resources which entry price will rise day after day - will bring about fratricide fights at a large scale, but also at the very heart of your cities and countryside.

Most of you ignore that non-human creatures took part in the exercise of those centralizing powers without them being neither suspected nor accessible to your senses. This is so true that they have almost very subtly taken control. They do not necessarily stand on your material plan, and that is precisely what could make them extremely efficient and frightening in the near future. As is also the case with humans, resistance exists amongst those dominant races. Here again, appearance will not be enough to tell the dominator from the ally. How could you know whether our arrival is the consequence of your collective choice? For the simple reason that we would have otherwise been already there for a long time at your level of existence! If we are not there yet, it is because you have not made such a decision explicitly.


Some among you might think that we would make you believe in a deliberate choice of yours so as to legitimate our arrival, though this would not be true. What interest would we have to openly offer you what you haven’t got any access to yet, for the benefit of the greatest number of you?


How could you be certain that this is not yet another subtle maneuver of the “third party” to better enslave you? Because one always more efficiently fights something that is identified than the contrary. Isn’t the terrorism that corrodes you a blatant example?


Whatever, you are the sole judge in your own heart and soul ! Whatever your choice, it would be respectable and respected! In the absence of human representatives who could potentially seduce into error you ignore everything about us as well as from about those who manipulate you without your consent.


In your situation, the precautionary principle that consists in not trying to discover us does no longer prevail. You are already in the Pandora’s Box that the “third party” has created around you. Whatever your decision may be you will have to get out of it.


In the face of such a dilemma, one ignorance against another, you need to ask your intuition. Do you want to see us with your own eyes, or simply believe what your thinkers say? That is the real question!


After thousands of years, one day, this choice was going to be inevitable: choosing between two unknowns.


Why spread such a message among yourselves?


Translate and spread this message widely. This action will affect your future in an irreversible and historical way at the scale of millenniums, otherwise, it will postpone a new opportunity to choose to several years later, at least one generation, if it can survive.


Not choosing stands for undergoing other people’s choice. Not informing others stands for running the risk of obtaining a result that is contrary to one’s expectations. Remaining indifferent means giving up one’s free will.


It is all about your future. It is all about your evolution.


It is possible that this invitation does not receive your collective assent and that, because of a lack of information, it will be disregarded. Nevertheless no individual desire goes unheeded in the universe.


Imagine our arrival tomorrow, thousands of ships, and a unique cultural shock in mankind’s history today. It will then be too late to regret about not making a choice and spreading the message because this discovery will be irreversible. We do insist that you do not rush into it, but do think about it! And decide!


The big medias will not be necessarily be interested in spreading this message. It is therefore your task, as an anonymous yet an extraordinary thinking and loving being, to transmit it.
